- APA-0025 A (I) The serial number range has been extended to 0001 - 3303, but without the JBT stamp for serial numbers above 00735. The exact serial number at which the change from JBT stamp (APA-0025) BxxxB (APA-0025 A) occurred remains unclear.
- BOH-0004 d (A) Notes with a “J” and without a “J” in the lower left corner have been reported. These may represent weak F.D. initials, possibly caused by a printing error, poor paper quality, or a defective printing plate.
- BOH-0054 (A) Issued note with both serial numbers in a high position; version b has the left serial number low and the right serial number high; version c has both serial numbers in a low position.
- CAG-0057 (I) The serial number range has been extended up to 29355, instead of the previously reported 0501 - 28708.
- ILO-0018 (C) The note shown shows an incorrect reference to Shafer (1974); it should be ILO-209, not ILO-208.

At the bottom, the gap between the bottom line and the line above is wider. On the lower left side, the letters in PESO are crooked; at the lower left, ONSS appears instead of ONES. At the top, there are no spaces before or after Salcedo.
